Michael G. Lubitz, Founder, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Lubitz is the Chairman and CEO of Intellectual Capital, a patent asset centric private equity firm specializing in patent leveraged corporate spin-offs and emerging companies. Prior to the founding of Intellectual Capital, Mr. Lubitz was patent/start-up counsel for a variety of firms including Bitfone, Lightsand Communications, IM Networks and Wafer Solutions. Mr. Lubitz is the co-founder and Chairman & CEO of Global Technology Transfer Group, Inc, a leading Patent Asset Investment Bank.

David K. Rippey, Board Member

David Rippey has over 35 years in the semiconductor and related industries.  Dave founded Rippey Corporation in 1982.  Rippey Corporation is the leading world-wide supplier of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) products for critical cleaning applications in the Semiconductor and Rigid Disk Drive industries.   He recently sold this company to Illinois Tool Works, Inc., a Fortune 200 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange with over $16 billion in sales. Before founding the Rippey Corporation in 1982, Mr. Rippey worked for Siltec Corporation as a process engineer, responsible for the design of wafer polishing equipment, Semimetals, as a senior process engineer involved in polishing, lapping and cleaning technologies and the George Newman Company as their National Sales Manager.

Donald Mitchell, Board Member

Don Mitchell was elected chairman of FSI International in January 2002, and has served as the CEO and president of the company since 1999. Prior to joining FSI, Mitchell was president of Air Products Electronic Chemicals, Inc. He is also the former president of Schumacher, a leading global chemical equipment and services supplier to the semiconductor industry. During his career with Schumacher, Mitchell held various executive positions, including V.P. of Operations and V.P. of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Mitchell served as the 1999/2000 chairman of the board of directors for SEMI, the global semiconductor equipment and materials trade association, and remains a member of its board.  Mitchell became a board member with AMS in July 2006 to provide AMS with his extensive industry experience and knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.

Jill Todd, Board Member

Formerly President of Rippey Corporation, a leading manufacturer and global supplier of critical cleaning PVA consumable products for the Semiconductor CMP Segment. Jill has extensive operational experience in both consumable product manufacturing and start-up ventures. Jill has a BA in Finance from the California State University of Sacramento.
